Preparing this recipe is very simple: all you have to do is get some durum wheat butterflies, a pack of AIA Chicken Fillets and the seasonal vegetables you prefer like, for example, carrots, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, asparagus and artichokes. Procedure
Cook the butterflies in boiling salted water and, in the meantime, prepare the chicken with the confetti of vegetables.
In a pan, sauté the chopped onion in a little extra virgin olive oil and then add the chicken cut into pieces of 2 cm at most. Deglaze with a little white wine, salt and pepper.
Wash and cut the vegetables you have chosen into small cubes, then add them to the cooking chicken along with the tomato sauce and some fresh basil leaves.
Continue to cook covered for 20 minutes, adding as necessary the pasta cooking water.
Now drain the pasta and pour it directly into the pan with the chicken and vegetables, mix well and serve.
