Procedure
Heat in a pot 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a glass of white wine; place the AIA Spinach BonRoll in it and cook it over low heat for an hour and a half.
While the BonRoll is cooking, prepare a fine chop of shallot, rosemary and grated lemon zest. Then squeeze the lemon to get the juice and set it aside.
When the BonRoll is ready, remove it from the pot and keep it warm. Pour the butter into its cooking pot, let it melt and then add the chop you have made.
Fry the chop for a few minutes, then add the lemon juice, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Also add the cornstarch and mix well, until you get a cream, then put the BonRoll back in the pot and turn it well in the sauce to flavor it.
