First, wash the rosemary and chop it finely. Now pass the AIA turkey slices in the flour and in a non-stick pan heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the garlic. After a few minutes remove the garlic and lay the AIA turkey slices in the pan. Cook them on both sides.

Season the meat with rosemary, white wine and a pinch of salt. Once the meat is cooked, add a pinch of pepper and serve.
