500 g of AIA Paesana Luganega sausage
1 clove of garlic
5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Half a glass of dry white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper

Description

The sausage is the perfect ingredient to make many first courses tasty, like the inviting orecchiette with sausage sauce for example, but also perfect as the star of grills and dreamy second courses, like the rosemary sausage bites.

Like the sausage in sauce, the rosemary sausage bites are also perfect for an aperitif with friends or for a quick and tasty dinner. The rosemary in this recipe is the second protagonist, it gives aroma and a pleasant Mediterranean flavor! Here is the recipe.

Procedure

Cut the sausage into pieces of about 2 cm, wash the rosemary sprigs well and get a large non-stick pan. Put the rosemary sprigs in the pan, add a drizzle of oil and the crushed garlic clove and fry

After a moment add the sausage and lightly brown it, then deglaze with the white wine. At this point cook for 10 minutes and when the sauce tends to dry out, remove the rosemary sprigs and garlic.
