If there is a dish that satisfies both meat lovers and those of beer, there is no doubt that it is the recipe for beer sausage, a real delicacy perfect to cook on the occasion of a summer barbecue. The meat beer pairing has always been one of the most appreciated and always enjoys success around the table. The beer-based recipes, in fact, are many (HERE you can find some really tasty ones!) and if you want to surprise your friends on the occasion of a dinner in the garden or a very original lunch they are the right choice!
Here is the recipe to cook a dream beer sausage!
Procedure
First of all, pour a drizzle of EVO oil into a non-stick pan and let it heat for a few minutes. In the meantime peel the garlic and wash the rosemary.
Pierce the sausages all over the surface with a fork, so that the juices can come out and the beer can penetrate and put the sausages in the pan together with the oil and garlic.
Let it cook for a few moments and then pour the beer and continue cooking for about 30 minutes, adding a pinch of rosemary.
Once the beer has evaporated, brown the sausages over high heat, turning them from time to time so that they cook on all sides.
