Procedure
Blanch the peas in plenty of boiling salted water for a few minutes, then drain them and set them aside.
Grate the cheese and cut the aeQuilibrium into strips.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add the cheese, peas, aeQuilibrium and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the mixture well and transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the frittata at 200°C for 15 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and let the frittata rest until it is cold.
