Description
The Asian style Turkey Breast will take you on a journey through spices and flavors of the East: a very simple recipe, which will break your routine in the kitchen. Grandma Duck has exclusively created this simple recipe for AIA, which will bring an ethnic touch to your tables.
Procedure
First of all, marinate the AIA Thin Turkey Breast in the coconut milk in which you have dissolved the mustard powder. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
After the marinating time, rinse the rice until the water is completely clear.
Now put the rinsed rice in a pot and pour in cold water until it completely covers the rice. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat, until the water has been completely absorbed by the rice.
It will take about ten minutes to complete this operation.
Once ready, season the rice with sesame lightly toasted in a pan (a few moments will be enough), the grated lime zest, a few drops of lime juice and the extra virgin olive oil.
Transfer the rice to two dome bowls and let it rest. While the rice is cooling, heat a grill to cook the meat: the surface must be hot.
At this point, lightly drain the turkey slices and place them on the grill. Cook until golden and lightly salt.
