3 AIA cutlets

An easy and inviting second course to pair with a fresh tomato salad or a steaming side of mashed potatoes flavored with rosemary and fresh parsley. Cook the AIA Cutlets:

IN A HOT NON-STICK PAN:
To serve the cutlet hot and golden, place it with a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter in a hot non-stick pan and cook it, turning it occasionally.

IN A CONVECTION OVEN:
Place the cutlet in a baking dish without condiments. Then put it in the already very hot oven, turning it halfway through cooking.
