Two-tone Bundt Cake, the Genuine Recipe

Description
The two-tone bundt cake is a traditional recipe that tastes like home and family. It is a perfect preparation to be enjoyed at breakfast together with a juice, a glass of milk or a smoothie and it is also perfect to be served to children on the occasion of a snack. Preparing it is really child's play and in no time at all you will bring to the table all the taste of traditional and genuine flavors.

Procedure
Pour the butter cut into pieces, the sugar and a pinch of salt into the planetary mixer and then turn it on. In the meantime sift 300 gr of 00 flour together with the yeast into a bowl that you will put aside for a moment. Break the eggs and beat them and then pour them into the planetary mixer. Now also add the flour and the yeast and when the mixture is homogeneous also pour in the milk.
Turn off the planetary mixer and divide the dough into two parts: 600 gr of mixture on one side and 400 gr on the other. Add 50 gr of 00 flour to the 600 gr of dough and mix well. Add the bitter cocoa to the 400 gr of dough instead and mix well. Now butter and flour a bundt cake mold and pour half of the clear dough taking care to distribute it evenly.
Then pour all the cocoa dough and conclude with the last part of clear dough. Bake your two-tone bundt cake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.
