6 extra fresh large AIA eggs
200 g of butter
16 g of yeast
100 g of flour
200 g of sugar
100 g of potato starch
Powdered sugar
1 g of vanillin

Reduce the butter into chunks that you will put in a planetary mixer. Whip the butter to obtain a frothy cream to which, little by little, you will add the sugar. Separate the eggs from the whites and set these aside for a moment. Add the yolks to the dough. Add the flour, starch, vanillin and sifted yeast to the mixture.

Now whip the egg whites until stiff and add them little by little to the obtained mixture. Gently mix, butter a cake pan and pour in the obtained mixture that you will level and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
