Procedure
In a bowl squeeze half the lemon and set it aside for a moment. In a non-stick pan, cook the very thin slices of AIA turkey thigh (which you have previously passed in the flour) together with a drizzle of oil and butter.
Add the Marsala, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water, parsley, chopped capers, a pinch of salt and one of pepper. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes and then serve...enjoy your meal!
