Description

The AIA Turkey Burgers with Rosemary are delicious turkey meat burgers, ideal for bringing a light main course to the table that is quick to prepare.

In just 10 minutes, the AIA Turkey Burgers with Rosemary will be ready to enjoy: you just need to stuff a soft sesame bun with the burger, the sautéed zucchini and the homemade mayonnaise!

Here's how to make this easy recipe!

Procedure

1

Wash the zucchini well and remove the ends, then slice them thinly.

2

In a non-stick pan, brown the garlic clove in a little extra virgin olive oil and add the zucchini slices.

3

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the zucchini over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

4

In the meantime, cook the AIA Turkey Burgers with Rosemary on a hot griddle for 10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.

5

Just before they are ready, add a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper and, finally, the chopped parsley to the zucchini. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.

6

Cut the buns in half, spread the base with mayonnaise to taste and place on each bun first the burger and then the zucchini. Close the buns and serve them hot!
