Procedure
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until you have obtained a homogeneous mixture.
In a saucepan pour the milk, cream and vanilla pod and bring to a boil. Add the sifted flour to the egg yolk mixture and mix to blend well. When the milk begins to make small bubbles on the edges of the pot, turn off the heat and add a ladle to the egg mixture.
Mix and then pour into the remaining milk. Turn the heat back on and stirring constantly, let the cream thicken. Once the desired consistency is obtained, let the custard cool in a bowl or in a baking dish and then arrange it in a pastry bag.
Dip the ladyfingers in the cold coffee and place them in the serving dish, sprinkle with custard and create two more layers in the same sequence.
Finally, over the custard, sprinkle a little cocoa and more dried fruit.
