Chiara is the chef who convinces you and today she gets to the stove to prepare delicious Bonroll meatballs in a nest of spaghetti oil and parmesan, grilled with tomato sauce, mint and gruyere cheese. It is a unique dish where the meeting between spaghetti and the AIA Chicken, Turkey, Carrot and Spinach Meatballs gives life to a gourmet preparation.

Procedure

Cook the AIA Chicken, Turkey, Carrot and Spinach Meatballs in a pan until they are golden. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water, then drain them al dente. Season the spaghetti with oil and Parmesan and roll them into a nest arranging them inside the cups of a muffin tin.

In the center of the spaghetti nest, put a slice of gruyere, the already cooked tomato sauce and a meatball. Place the pan in the oven with the grill function for 5 minutes at a very high temperature. Decorate as you like with mint leaves.
