Procedure
In a pot, boil the broccoli florets for 10 minutes and cook the spaghetti in the same boiling water, slightly salted.
In the meantime, in a wok, heat a drizzle of oil with a clove of garlic. Add the AIA Chicken Breast cut into chunks. Add the carrot cut into julienne and the spring onions cut into rings.
Sauté for a few minutes, adjust with salt and pepper and add the mushrooms cut into pieces. Add the broccoli, cashews and deglaze with soy sauce. Add the spaghetti, mix and serve.
