Procedure

Start with the preparation of the filling: cut the aeQuilibrium Turkey Breast Trancetto into cubes and, with it, also the cheese, trying to form small cubes of equal size. Also cut the green olives into pieces.

In a large bowl, whip the eggs with the salt and pepper until they become frothy; add the milk and oil in a thin stream while continuing to beat. Then add the sifted flour and yeast.

Mix well to amalgamate all the ingredients and add to the mixture the olives, cheeses and turkey breast cut previously. Pour the obtained mixture into a plumcake mold previously buttered and floured.

Bake the savory plumcake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
