First of all, preheat the oven to 200°C and butter a plumcake pan. After cleaning the pumpkin (here are all the secrets), grate its pulp that you will put in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt.

In another bowl beat the eggs and add the seed oil and milk, continuing to stir. Also add the sifted flour and yeast and continue to work the mixture until it is homogeneous. Finally add the grated pumpkin pulp and the AIA Wudy cut into slices or cubes and mix well. Pour the mixture just obtained into the plumcake mold and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
