Description

The sausage, potato and porcini salad is a German recipe that is revisited in an Italian key with the addition of mushrooms, one of the seasonal ingredients that we love to use in the kitchen in autumn. It is a seasonal preparation that everyone will like and that you can serve on the occasion of a dinner with friends or a Sunday lunch with the family.

Procedure

Cut the porcini mushrooms into slices, after having them thoroughly cleaned and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley. Adjust with salt and pepper and when the mushrooms are cooked, turn off the heat.

Boil the potatoes with the skin in slightly salted water, peel them and cut them into slices.

Cook the Wudy Bratwurst in a hot pan for 4 minutes and cut them into rounds. Prepare a sauce with vinegar, oil, salt, a very fine chop of onion and mustard, mix well and season the potatoes being careful not to break the slices. Arrange all the ingredients on a serving dish and garnish with a fine chop of parsley. Enjoy your meal!
