Procedure
Finely chop the rosemary leaves
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil together with the garlic clove. When it starts to darken, remove the garlic.
Dredge the AIA turkey slices in the flour, shaking them to drop the excess flour. Put the meat to cook over high heat for about a minute on each side, sprinkling it with the chopped rosemary.
De-glaze with the white wine, salt and continue cooking for another couple of minutes until the meat is cooked.
Serve the rosemary turkey slices with a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper.
