Description

The recipe for pork chops with green pepper sauce is so easy and quick that it will allow you to use it on the most diverse occasions. With this dish, you will save yourself for the last-minute organized dinners, but also every time you want to make a great impression without turning the kitchen upside down.

To prepare the pork chops with green sauce you can also make a quick marinade, but if you have time to let the meat flavor in the wine and pepper, the taste will benefit.

Procedure

1

To start, place the chops in a container, pour the two glasses of wine over them and a handful of coarsely ground green pepper. Make sure that all the chops are soaked in the wine, if necessary turn them occasionally.

2

Cover the container with cling film and let it rest until it's time to serve. The chops cook in 10 minutes per side

3

After the necessary time, heat a griddle or a non-stick pan, drain the chops and start cooking them.

4

In another pan, wilt the onion with a drizzle of oil and when it is well browned, remove it from the heat, let it cool down and then crush it adding a pinch of salt.

5

Mix this onion cream with the mascarpone adding more ground pepper

6

When the chops are well cooked, serve them with a spoonful of pepper sauce on the side.
