Pan-fried stuffed focaccia with aeQuilibrium
Ingredients
Description
If you think of traditional focaccia, you will surely think of oven baking. Indeed, this is one of the most common methods for this type of preparation, but focaccia can also be prepared in a pan.
The pan-fried focaccia is very easy to prepare: you can make a pizza dough or, to make it even quicker, use a ready-made one.
Here are all the steps to prepare your pan-fried focaccia with aeQuilibrium and vegetables.
Procedure
Divide the dough into two balls. With the rolling pin, roll out the two doughs into a round shape respecting the size of the pan (about 26 cm in diameter).
Cut the carrots and zucchini into cubes and sauté them in the wok for a few minutes.
Grease the pan well with oil and place a disc of dough. Add the ricotta, aeQuilibrium and vegetables.
Cover with the other disc of dough and seal the edges by pressing with your fingers.
Pierce the surface with the tines of a fork, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Flip the focaccia like an omelette, being careful not to break it. Cook on the other side for another 5-7 minutes and serve.
