The blog Le Ricette di Tina presents a simple but very delicious recipe, to taste the fantastic AIA Chicken Nagghy, with an extra note of softness.
With the addition of ham and mozzarella, you will add a touch of sweetness to the crunchy taste of the chicken bites.
The recipe is very quick and should be served immediately, so the advice is to prepare everything you need in advance! If you use fresh mozzarella, and not the one in the bag, remember to cut it and leave it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to dry.
Procedure
Bake the Chicken Nagghy, arranging them on the baking sheet, lined with parchment paper and cook the chicken fillet bites in the oven at 180° ventilated for about 10 minutes.
If you want, you can also pass them for a few minutes in a non-stick pan without oil.
Once cooked, remove the Nagghy from the oven, add the cooked ham and mozzarella, put the Nagghy back in the turned off oven and wait a few minutes; the latent heat will melt the mozzarella.
