Easy and quick, the lemon ossobuco will be appreciated by everyone. To prepare the lemon ossobuco, make small incisions at the edges of the meat so that it does not tend to rise during cooking.
Procedure
Dust the ossobuco well and brown them on all sides in a large pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
When the ossobuco have a thin crispy crust, deglaze them with the white wine and let it evaporate, then add the lemon juice and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve the ossobuco with the lemon sauce obtained during cooking, with a decorative slice of lemon and a few leaves of sage to taste.
