The grilled chicken breast cutlet is a super light recipe. The white meat is very light and, thanks to this cooking method, no other seasonings are added. It is enough to use a little oil during the marinade. The recommended cut of meat for the recipe is chicken breast. You can choose the AIA chicken breast or the chicken breast from the Oro Natura line, from chickens that grow on the ground without antibiotics and without GMOs.
Cooking on the grill or on the griddle allows you to create a tasty crust that makes the meat really very appetizing, keeping it juicy and soft inside. The diagonal cut makes the presentation more attractive.
Here are all the steps to easily prepare the grilled chicken cutlet at home. It is ready in a few minutes.

Procedure

In a bowl, put the oil, salt, lemon juice and rosemary needles. Mix and add the chicken breast. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the griddle and, when it is hot, cook the drained chicken breast for 6 or 7 minutes per side.

When the meat is browned, transfer the chicken breast to a cutting board and cut it into diagonal strips.

Serve the grilled chicken cutlet hot. You can accompany the dish with a salad or potatoes.
