Homemade sauces are not only tasty and easy to prepare but also perfect to be served on the occasion of a cocktail party, an aperitif, a starter or a grill with friends. We want to propose the recipe of a really tasty sauce: the green sauce. It is a really simple and tasty preparation that you can also prepare at the last minute for a last minute dinner. Pair the green sauce with bruschetta and crostini, chips and fried chicken...a real delight!
Procedure
First of all, boil the eggs to make them hard. Then let them cool and peel them, then sieve the yolks into a bowl. Cut the stale bread crumbs into many small pieces that you will pour into a bowl together with the white wine vinegar and that you will leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
Peel and cut in half the central part of the garlic that you will leave aside for a moment. Now desalt the capers, washing them under running water and then chop them together with the garlic and 3 anchovies. Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture that you will pour into the bowl with the yolk.
Squeeze the breadcrumbs well and also put this in the bowl together with the other ingredients. Also add the chopped parsley with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well and also add the extra virgin olive oil.
