Procedure
Dredge the chicken wings in the flour, then in the beaten egg. Shake them lightly after each step, to remove excess breading.
Place the wings in a well-sealed container and let them rest for half an hour in the fridge.
After the time has passed, dip the chicken again in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs, to which you have added salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken in a pot with hot but not smoking oil (use seed or peanut oil) for 10-15 minutes. Try to maintain a not too high temperature to ensure that the chicken is well cooked inside without the breading burning.
