Devil's Roast Chicken

A succulent main course, perfect for a tasty dinner!
Procedure
Squeeze half a lemon.
In a bowl combine the paprika, chili pepper, dried herbs of your choice, lemon juice, oil and salt.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and brush it with the mixture; let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Add a few cloves of garlic around the chicken in the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 180°, put in the oven and cook for about an hour and a half.
During cooking, baste the chicken with the cooking oil at least 2-3 times, add a little white wine if the sauce dries out too much.
Once cooking is complete, raise the temperature to 200-210° to get a tasty crispy skin. Continue cooking for about 5-10 minutes and then serve.
