Procedure
In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar, making sure to mix the ingredients well. Then pour the mixture into a planetary mixer and whip well, until you have obtained a frothy cream.
Gradually add the sifted flour with the cocoa to the mixture and incorporate it by mixing well with a movement from the bottom to the top.
Now butter and flour a baking pan in which you will pour the mixture that you will distribute and level well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes. Your cocoa sponge cake is ready!
