Procedure
First of all, reduce the AIA chicken breast into chunks and put the porcini mushrooms in a bowl with some lukewarm water where you will leave them to soak for about 20 minutes. Then drain them properly and cut them into pieces. In a large non-stick pan, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic and after 5 minutes on the flame, add the mushrooms that you will cook for about 15 /20 minutes together with a pinch of salt.
Remove the garlic and at this point add the peeled boiled chestnuts and the chicken chunks that you will cook for about ten minutes.
