First of all, grill the homemade bread. Then grill the peppers, which you have previously peeled and cut into strips. In a preheated oven, cook the potatoes with the skin at 180°C until they are ready. Once ready, pass the potatoes on a very fine chop of parsley and cut them into slices.

You can now proceed with the creation of your bruschetta: place the grilled homemade bread on a cutting board or serving plate, add the grilled yellow and red peppers, 3 or 4 slices of AIA's aeQuilibrium Turkey Salami and the slices of roast potatoes. Season with a sprig of rosemary, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
