150 g of chickpeas

10 cherry tomatoes

Procedure

First of all, heat the grill and put the slices of aeQuilibrium on it for a couple of minutes on each side.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the avocado, remove the central seed and cut it into slices. Drizzle the avocado slices with lime juice so they don't darken.

Peel the onions and slice them finely. In a non-stick pan, fry a clove of garlic and a few leaves of marjoram in extra virgin olive oil.

Add the chickpeas, drained of their vegetable water, and sauté them. Adjust with salt and pepper then turn off the heat.

Drain the corn. Cut aeQuilibrium into small diamonds and compose your bowl this way.

Put aeQuilibrium in the center and, in sectors, all the other ingredients. Season the bowl with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of raw oil, then serve.
