2 avocados
1 lime
2 leeks
1 tablespoon of turmeric
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cup of vinegar
150 gr of Grana
Dill

Today we propose a truly original recipe: the avocado tartare, chicken kebab, sauteed peppers and grana shavings with leek sauce with turmeric! It is in fact a quick and fresh dish, ideal to propose for a last minute dinner with friends for a success from budding chefs.

Sauté the AIA Kebab in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Clean the avocado and cut it into cubes, then drizzle it with a little lime juice. Clean the peppers and cut them into small cubes, sauté them in a pan with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Cut the leeks into slices and stew them in a pan with oil, salt and turmeric. Blend the leeks until you get a sauce. Finally, compose the tartare in layers following this order: avocado, red peppers, AIA Kebab, green peppers, leek sauce with turmeric, grana shavings and dill.
