100 g of oat flour
50 g of cane sugar
50 g of honey
50 g of dark chocolate
Dried fruit to taste
Lemon zest as needed

Description

Here is the recipe to follow, with which you will make 4 protein snacks to enjoy whenever you want!

Procedure

Melt the cane sugar with the honey in a saucepan, adding a tablespoon of warm water if necessary.

In the meantime, mix in a bowl the oat flour with the dark chocolate reduced to flakes and the lemon zest.

In a mixer, chop the dried fruit you have chosen and then add it to the mixture along with the AeQuilibrium AIA Free-Range Egg White and the sugar and honey syrup.

Mix again very well and transfer the obtained mixture into bar molds, or by forming rectangles with your hands and laying them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Bake the protein snacks in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
