Stuffed Turkey
Turkey stuffed with tender and delicious filling.
Celebrate with AIA and cook the Stuffed Turkey like this:
IN THE PAN:
Brown the Stuffed Turkey in a pan with a knob of butter. Add a little water, adjust the salt, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
Finish cooking without the lid to dry part of the liquid.
IN THE OVEN:
Preheat the fan oven to 200°C, place the Stuffed Turkey in a baking dish with a little water and adjust the salt.
Let it cook and halfway through cooking add a little white wine.
