Procedure
In a baking dish, pour a drizzle of oil and ½ glass of water or white wine and place the BonRoll which you will cook in the preheated oven at 180° for 70 minutes, making sure to cover it for the first 50 minutes.
In the meantime, with a pastry cutter, cut the bread into circles the size of the diameter of your BonRoll and toast the bread until it becomes crispy.
Now beat the eggs and prepare a simple omelette with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomato into thin slices and season the salad with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Mix the yogurt with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
Clean the carrots and trim the green beans. Boil the vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain them and immerse them in water and ice to preserve their bright color. Cut the carrots into rounds and season the vegetables with a drizzle of oil, salt and a veil of yogurt sauce.
