4 Wudy Grill Aia sausages
12 prawn tails
4 Belgian endive cobs
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil

Description

Sausages and prawns together are a bomb combination to make sea and mountain skewers with a taste of summer and holidays. This recipe is so quick and delicious that preparing it will be a real pleasure.

With the sea and mountain skewers you will have a light lunch, a very quick dinner for the lazy. The sausages will win over the children, the prawns will attract the adults and you will have made all the guests at the table happy.

Serve these skewers with a seasonal salad, or with some tomato bruschetta and don't forget to also provide some sauces like mayonnaise or tartar sauce for dipping both the sea and the mountains.

Procedure

To prepare these skewers, first wash the endive well and dry it carefully and cut it into quarters. Clean the prawns leaving the tail and remove the black thread. Finally, cut the sausages into three equal pieces.

Sprinkle a few drops of vinegar on the sausages and season the endive and prawns with an emulsion of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook the sausages in a pan for 4 minutes. Then skewer in the order: sausage, endive and prawn. Cook on a very hot grill turning them to brown them on all sides.

Bring them to the table hot accompanied by slices of toasted bread.
