Procedure

Cook the Wudy in a hot pan for 4 minutes, then cut them into slices. Toast the bread until it is crispy. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season them with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.

Sauté the cannellini beans in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a sprig of rosemary, then season with salt and pepper and blend them until you get a thick cream.
