Description

The AIA Spinacine are chicken and turkey cutlets with spinach, perfect to enjoy on their own - accompanied with seasonal vegetables or with a side dish of your choice - but also, why not, inside a sandwich.

What do you think of the classic American hamburger, but with the tasty AIA Spinacine instead of the classic fried chicken fillet or Swiss beef? All you have to do is try: in a few minutes you will have a delicious sandwich with Spinacine, cheese, salad and tomato, to which you can add as a final touch your favorite sauce.

Here then are the ingredients and the procedure to create excellent Spinacine Burgers with salad and tomatoes!

Procedure

1

Cook the AIA Spinacine in a pan as indicated on the package, that is for 3 minutes with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or a knob of butter.

2

Remove them from the pan and let them cool on a sheet of absorbent kitchen paper.

3

In the meantime, cut the hamburger bread in half and lightly toast it on a hot plate or in another pan; remove from heat.

4

Wash and cut the salad into strips and the tomato into not too large slices, then proceed with the creation of the sandwich.

5

Place a slice of cheese on the base of the burger, then lay the Spinacine, more cheese, the salad, two slices of tomato and the sauce you have chosen.
