Description

The AIA Chicken Thighs are a truly versatile and easy to prepare ingredient, in many different ways. For this recipe, you will use a delicate spicy breading that will make them crispy on the outside but tender and tasty on the inside, with a very appetizing final result!

The recipe for spicy chicken thighs includes the use of spices in powder and extra virgin olive oil among the main ingredients: baking will complete the dish giving it a unique, fragrant and lighter flavor, compared to normal frying.

Here then are the ingredients and procedure to make excellent spicy baked chicken thighs.

Procedure

Break the eggs into a bowl, lightly salt them and beat them with a fork or with the help of whisks; pour the flour into another dish.

Separately, mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika and a pinch of chili pepper.

Take the chicken thighs and remove the skin, then pass them first in the beaten egg, then in the flour and, finally, in the spicy breading.

Arrange the thighs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the surface and a sprinkling of pepper.

Bake at 180°C for at least one hour, until the outer breading is well browned.
