1 pack of AIA Rabbit Chops
1/2 lemon
250 g of carrots
100 g of natural yogurt
Salt
Pepper

Description

Rabbit chops with carrots in sauce are an alternative second course to boredom for family lunch. This recipe is easy to prepare and will allow you to bring a light dish and very tasty to the table.

Rabbit chops are great to serve for a celebration, but also for a dinner with the family in full. The combination of carrot cream with rabbit chops will also conquer the most difficult palates and will be a great way to get children to eat vegetables.

Procedure

To prepare rabbit chops with carrots in sauce first brown the AIA Rabbit Chops, salt them, pepper them and moisten them with the juice of 1/2 lemon mixed with the same amount of water.

Bring to a boil, lower the heat and continue cooking over moderate heat for about 40 minutes: if necessary add some hot water. Then add the sliced carrots, adjust the salt and finish with the yogurt. Stir and continue cooking for another 15 minutes approximately.

Serve Rabbit Chops with Carrots in Sauce garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.
