400 g AIA Mini Chicken Fillets
100 g corn Flakes
10 g paprika
10 ml milk
1 egg
Salt to taste.
Seed oil for frying

Description

Prepare a typically spicy flavored appetizer quickly and fun.

Procedure

Blend the corn flakes and 5 g of paprika in a mixer, until you get a fine but not too powdered mixture.

Cut the chicken into strips and sprinkle it with the last 5 g of paprika and salt to taste.

In a deep dish beat the egg and add the milk. Mix the two ingredients well.

Dip the chicken in the egg and milk mixture and then in the corn flakes.

Fry the obtained sticks in hot seed oil (180°C) for 5 minutes.
