In this recipe, in fact, the meatballs with chicken and turkey AIA – already cooked and prepared with the addition of carrots and spinach – pair perfectly with delicate seasonal vegetables, which further enhance their unique taste.

Procedure

Start by preparing the vegetables: wash, peel and cut the carrots into sticks, then do the same with the zucchini. Also wash the agretti well under cold running water and then cut off the ends removing all the roots.

Now sauté the shallot finely chopped in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, then sear the carrots and zucchini for a couple of minutes; salt, pepper, pour a scant ladle of vegetable broth and continue cooking over high heat for 10 minutes. Once the necessary time has passed, also add the agretti and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. If necessary, add broth as needed.

At this point, pour the meatballs into the pan with the vegetables, stir to flavor them well and cook for one minute. Serve the meatballs with sautéed vegetables piping hot!
