Procedure
First, marinate the thighs in a bowl with honey, salt, pepper and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the instant polenta (or if you prefer prepare it with your hands, following our recipe) and add a teaspoon of curry powder.
Fry a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary in a pan, add the mushrooms, adjust with salt and pepper and deglaze with white wine.
Cook the mushrooms; chop the parsley and then place it on the cooked mushrooms. In the same pan of the mushrooms cooking, brown the thighs with their marinade, deglaze with broth or water and cook. Plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
