With the arrival of the first spring days, when the sun and the weather encourage us to lighten our lunches (especially those in the office), the ideal is a fresh salad based on turkey breast accompanied by seasonal asparagus and a few tomatoes to add color to the dish.

Procedure

After washing them and removing the hard part of the stem, cook the asparagus in boiling water and then let them cool down.

Cut the asparagus into diamonds, keeping the tips whole.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, then mix them with the asparagus and season with oil, lemon juice, salt, and dill.

On a serving plate or in your lunch box, arrange the sliced turkey breast aeQuilibrium and place the asparagus and tomato salad on top.
