In a non-stick pan, brown a clove of garlic in oil and water for a few minutes. At this point, add the Scottatine - Very thin slices of pork loin and place the rosemary sprigs on top of them. Brown the meat over medium heat, making sure to turn it from time to time, so as to make the cooking even.

Adjust with salt and pepper and also add the white wine, cook for twenty minutes or at least until the wine has thickened.

In the meantime, dedicate yourself to the preparation of the mushrooms: in a pan, brown a clove of garlic and, after washing the mushrooms, which you will have cut into thin slices, add them to the pan. Adjust with salt and pepper and cook them.
