First of all, clean the asparagus by removing the hard part and washing them thoroughly. Then steam them. In the meantime, beat the eggs in a bowl and after cooking the asparagus, first dip them in the flour and then in the beaten eggs.

In a non-stick pot, heat the seed oil well and once it is boiling, immerse the asparagus and let them brown well. Once they are fried to the right point, place them on absorbent paper so that they can lose the excess oil.
