2 packs of La Milanese AIA
8 tomatoes
60 g of breadcrumbs
50 g of grated Parmesan
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
Basil
Mint
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Description

The cutlet is perfect all year round and above all, no one can say no to it, with gratin tomatoes it becomes the best second course every day of the week. 

The cutlet with gratin tomatoes is a great recipe for lunch at the office, as a quick dinner after returning from the gym. Serve it at Sunday lunch and the festive atmosphere will immediately spread. 

Procedure

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half, then remove the seeds and sprinkle salt on the hollow created. Turn the tomatoes upside down on a plate so that they lose all the water.

In the meantime in a bowl, mix with extra virgin olive oil, the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, the chopped flavors (basil, mint and parsley), the chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix until you get a thick dough. With the help of a spoon, fill the tomatoes to the brim with this filling. Place the tomatoes in a lightly greased baking dish and bake the tomatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

After 20 minutes also put the AIA Milanese Cutlet in the oven which will cook in about ten minutes.
Serve everything hot at the table.
