Procedure

Cut the BonRoll with speck into slices that you will cook in a non-stick pan on both sides with a drizzle of oil. Cut the slices of BonRoll into cubes.

Wash the cannellini beans well and drain them. In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil and the aromatic herbs, then add the cannellini beans and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the onion into rings and season it with a drizzle of oil. Plate the beans with the cubes of BonRoll with speck and the onion. Decorate with aromatic herbs, a few leaves of lamb's lettuce and a drizzle of raw oil.
