Procedure
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges, then sprinkle them with a very fine chop of aromatic herbs.
Add the potatoes to the AIA BonRoll with spinach in a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Bake the AIA BonRoll with spinach at 180°C for 70 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the tuna sauce following this recipe: rinse the capers well under cold running water, then dry them with absorbent paper; in the mixer glass, combine the capers, mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovies, tuna and blend everything while pouring the oil in a thin stream.
When you have obtained a thick and smooth sauce, taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
Pour the tuna sauce over the BonRoll, add the potatoes and - if you want - finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
