The BonRoll is great for any occasion: in this recipe, ideal for a family lunch or dinner, the AIA BonRoll with speck is used, prepared in a casserole and accompanied by delicious mignon vegetables.
You just need to cook the BonRoll in a baking dish with a little extra virgin olive oil or butter and choose as a side dish the best vegetables mignon that the season offers.

Procedure
Heat a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter in a pot, then sear the AIA BonRoll with speck on all sides and deglaze with the white wine. Lower the heat, add a ladle of water, cover and cook for an hour and a half.
While the BonRoll is cooking, take care of the vegetables. Wash the mignon vegetables and the new potatoes very well, then transfer them to a baking dish greased with extra virgin olive oil, add the coarsely chopped shallot, season with salt and pepper and cook at 200°C for at least 30 minutes.
